Why do I need a chair?Order your chair with discount code found in the affiliate agreement form on this site. We’ve found that this greatly increases the chance of sales, which means it helps you earn more commissions. Promoting the chair virtually is ok! Please verbalize your virtual plan to ErgoSpace.

How much commission do I receive for each chair sold?The commission is 8% of the total sale price of each chair and will be paid one month after the sale of the chair.

How can I sell more chairs and earn more commission?As an affiliate, you are welcome to provide your own advertisement channels and advertisement materials.

How do I make sure I get credit for every sale?As an affiliate you will have your own affiliate portal account. Payouts through PayPal is preferred.

What if I don’t sell enough chairs?As an affiliate, as long as you actively promote the chair or have it on display for patients to try, there is no current minimum requirements for sales.

What if I decide to end the partnership?Please refer to the affiliate agreement link.

Can I receive a second display chair?Clinics can only receive one display chair per clinic, but if you have multiple locations, please contact customer support at support@ergospacestore.com for additional assistance. If you would like to purchase a chair for personal use, you are allowed to use your own discount code and collect commission off of your chair purchase.

What if the chair gets damaged?ErgoSpace will be responsible for providing replacement parts if the chair was damaged upon receiving.
